Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to sublease from me for the duration or my lease which is from now until June 2021. I recently got a job opportunity that would allow me to move to Europe in the next couple of months, which has been my dream forever. What do you love about this place? The location is EVERYTHING, it’s so convenient and on such a quiet lovely street. The living space so so beautiful and spacious and I’m obsessed with the cute little fire escape outside the bedroom window. What isn't so great about this place? The building is old, and there is not washer dryer in unit. There is however a laundry mat less than half a block away. The photos listed are from the previous tenants, they are the photos that were on streeteasy when I found the apartment. Right now the couch for the living room and TV have not arrived so the apartment at the moment is not fully put together. Happy to send photos of it now if needed as well as show in person just lmk!
