Why are you looking for a renter? I AM MOVING BACK HOME AS I HAVE BEEN LAID OFF CONSIDERING THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN THE USA AND AROUND THE WOLRD. What do you love about this place? I have the master bedroom in a 1bed/flex 2 apartment in one of the most ideally located luxury buildings in FiDi. I am looking for someone to take over the lease asap for at least 2/3 months up to the end of October (current lease expiry) or beyond. Current rent is $2000 plus approx $60 per person for each power and WiFi/FiosTV. Extremely clean and cozy apartment with a full gym/yoga studio, swimming pool, rooftop lounge, multiple outdoor terraces (1 x low level, 1 x small rooftop and 1 x AMAZING rooftop), club lounge, laundry room in building, gym, doorman, valet, kid's room, solarium and plenty more! I live with a male roommate aged 25 who is a finance professional and is rarely home (I see him on average a couple of hours a week) and when he is home can just hang out and have a nice conversation. What isn't so great about this place? Not all elevators go to the rooftop terrace and rooftop solarium.
