Private room in Central LA, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? My name is Rico, I'm currently living at The Crescent at West Hollywood in a 2Br apt. with a roommate but recently have changed jobs which unfortunately requires me to change locations as well. This place has more than I could have asked for. On the top floor with a great view of LA off the balcony, It has a full gym, pool area with BBQ's and cabanas with a younger and older crowd so which ever vibe you are looking for, you will find here. I think the best part is the location, just 1 block from the sunset strip and half a block from the most happening area of Santa Monica BLVD. My current roommate is a young man, works in film full time and plays guitar for fun. very laid back, easy to get along with and is quiet. Bedrooms are separated by the living room so privacy is optimal. The living room is fully furnished and kitchen is fully stocked but bedroom will be empty and clean upon move in. Lease ends in late April 2019. If interested please contact me and hopefully we can work something out that is a good situation for all parties. What do you love about this place? Everything. Especially location. What isn’t so great about this place? Nothing.
