Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I recently purchased an apartment and need to rent this one out. What do you love about this place? -Super convenient location, 1min to 6 train, 5 min to BDFM/NQR/PATH -New building (2016) with amazing amenities and staff -Incredibly quiet apartment considering it is so close to everything -The neighborhood is filled with fantastic restaurants and nightlife spots(I can go on about this for a whole page) -Rooftop has panorama view of ENTIRE manhattan -HUGE walk-in closet (it is the size of a room) What isn't so great about this place? I'm thinking really hard to come up with something, but the only thing I can think of is that have this apartment being a studio, you can smell the food when someone's cooking from the couch.
