Hi everyone! I am having a room available by March 1st (could be earlier). 2 windows, wide closet, queen size bed. Month to month! Short or Long term :) ABOUT THE APARTMENT It is renovated and newly furnished. Very well maintained and neat. With a lot of natural light! We have a cozy living room with a 60inch TV for movie nights. Great open kitchen for cooking. We have a quiet, respectful and friendly environment and I am looking for someone with similar vibes. We got access to the rooftop for bbq season! ABOUT THE LOCATION 126th and Broadway by the River. Subway line 1 around the corner and line A,C,D&F only 5 minutes away. Walking distance from Columbia University and City College. Dry Cleaning service around the corner ($18 per load Clean, Dried and folded) and Laundromat next block. Accross the street you will find a free access study hall with free wifi and a coffee shop, indoor rock-climbing... Excellent outdoor sports areas by the river, couple minutes from the apartment!
