Why are you looking for a renter? My Husband and I are moving in the next month out of our lovely 1-bed, 1 bath apartment right near Harvard Square (~7 minute) walk. We are looking for someone to take over our lease starting January 15th (date somewhat flexible-- let us know if you are looking for something else in January. Could consider Jan 1, Jan 7 or something later). Lease goes until July 31st, 2019 with the option to renew @2,400/month. Rent is $2,200/month until July 31st. There is laundry one floor down. You can rent an off-street parking spot for $150/month. We are on the top unit. It's a very quiet building and all brand new appliances. They redid the entire apartment last August right before we moved in. Open floor plan, good closet space and a wall of windows-- amazing natural light. Would be good for a couple or a single person. Apartment is located on Harvard Street, between Ellery and Dana Street in Cambridge. First and last months rent due at signing. No security deposit and no fee!
