Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving in with my girlfriend. I originally signed a 2 year lease (1 year ago) and looking for someone to take over the lease. There is NO BROKER FEE for this apartment. What do you love about this place? It is an amazing building with many friendly doormen, it is safe, clean, has a gym and roof terrace/garden, and is minutes from central park. The apartment itself is newly renovated with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and loads of storage. The bedroom and living room look out onto the terrace, away from the street, so it is very quiet. What isn't so great about this place? The building is going under some renovations - if you work from home during the week you could occasionally be disturbed by noise (building works), but I have never heard anything in the evenings or on weekends. I am always informed ahead of time if there is any building work happening on my floor.
