Why are you looking for a renter? Unfortunately because of Corona my roommates and I cannot move back to Boston and are staying in our hometowns with family. We are in a difficult situation and are looking for subleasers to take over our lease for this three bedroom apartment. What do you love about this place? This apartment building and unit is so beautiful and unique for Boston. The unit is newly renovated with hardware floors. I love that the downstairs space and the bedrooms have exposed dark wood beams on the ceiling and the spiral staircase is a really fun touch. Some more details about the place: 1.5 bathrooms (half bath on first floor, full bath on second floor) living room, kitchen, hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, A/C, walls of windows and city views from the bedrooms. The building has a 24/7 concierge, rooftop pool, fitness center, 2 common roof decks, bike room, and garage parking available. The building is a 10 min walk to Northeastern, 2 min walk to Berklee, 3 min walk to Whole Foods, 8 min walk to Newbury St., 6 min walk to the T station (Hynes Convention). The apartment is unfurnished. Rent is $4,200 ($1,400 split 3 ways) a month. No pets. What isn't so great about this place? It is a small apartment and you have to know how to live in smaller spaces to really enjoy the place to its fullest. The bedroom downstairs is much smaller than the two upstairs (the two upstairs are spacious). The bedroom downstairs however has an insane view of the city and the wall is basically floor to ceiling windows.
