Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am leaving this great studio for personal/ family reasons. It's a great studio, I've been in the unit for 5 months, but do to obligations out of my control I sadly have to give this place up. What do you love about this place? It's in a great location of the city, easy access to transportation, and the unit is quiet. Good size studio, high ceilings, recessed lighting, first floor unit on the back of the building. NEWLY RENOVATED. What isn't so great about this place? My one concern about this place is the super, however the landlord and management company are always great about responding that it makes up for it.
