Newly renovated 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom apartment in a Downtown Jersey City townhouse. The apartment is close by the Grove Street PATH station (8-minute walk) and travel to Manhattan is quick and direct to both WTC and to 33rd Street. Key Food (supermarket) is a few blocks away, pharmacies, coffee shops, bakeries, liquor stores and great restaurants only a few steps away. Newport Centre Mall is close by (walkable distance). - 700sqft - Balcony - Courtyard - New appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge) - Space for washer+dryer in the bathroom - Bathtub - Pet friendly ($50/month per pet) Looking to have our lease transfer since we are moving to a 2-bedroom apartment earlier than anticipated.
