Looking to sublet my room in a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on the UES. Ideal move in date is 8/11 but can be flexible if necessary. The lease will end March 31, 2020, with the potential to sign on to the new lease in April! My roommate and I are both very clean and respectful, so looking for someone similar to replace me. PLEASE NOTE: Our lease has several rent concessions, so there will be two months of free rent; November 2019 and March 2020. $1,143 is the average/net effective rent for the remainder of the lease (8 months) with two months free. The gross rent is $1,525. Apartment Details: -This apartment was just renovated; my roommate and I were the first to live in it so it’s in great condition. -All brand new stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher -Laundry on every floor (only 3 apartments per floor so you don’t share with that many people) -5 minute walk to the beautiful new 96th street Q (it’s the first stop on the line so you ALWAYS get a seat) -Small grocery store downstairs with all the basics or 3 minute walk to CTown, 3 minute walk to Key Foods, and 10 minute walk to Fairway and Whole Foods. Duane reade is across the street for anything else you may need -Surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars; just on our block we have Thai, Indian, sandwich shop, wings, sushi and a deli.
