Why are you looking for a renter? Found a job out of state and need someone to take over the lease! Love this apartment and have been here for 2 years already. Will sell you my full sized mattress and bed and leave in the room if interested. The room can only fit a full sized bed. What do you love about this place? Having a 2 in 1 built in washing and drying machine in the kitchen is unique and rare for NYC! Newly renovated, TONS of natural sunlight which I love about the apartment. As well as a dishwasher, and one block away from the express A, and D trains making this apartment only 20 minutes away from 14th street and 8th Avenue! I have two awesome roommates as well who are very friendly and clean. What isn't so great about this place? The location is ideal for Columbia students however, with the train it is doable for everyone. Apartment has a stair case inside of the unit to access the bedrooms. so if you have any injuries and cannot use stairs, this isn’t for you. Walk up apartment as well.
