Entire place in Downtown, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? We are a family, who decide to have abroad trip for next 6 months. So, now we are searching renter, who will take our lease. What do you love about this place? Close to everything, freeway, metro station. In the center of downtown Long Beach. Huge amount of restaurants, cafes, bars. Close to the beach. Nice building with everything, social lounge, gym, yoga classes, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue zone, rooftop access. Just everything you will fall in love with. Dog friendly building. What isn't so great about this place? For us the minus - pet in the building, but for you it may be good.
