Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking to sublease my one bedroom / one bathroom apartment in Astoria, Queens (NYC) on Broadway between Crescent Street and 23rd Street. Start and end dates are flexible, but I am already out of the apartment and will return end of October. Person who moves in would pay security deposit (one month's rent) to be returned in October if all goes well. No smoking, no drugs and no pets allowed. Feel free to share this post if you know someone in need. Great location in the heart of Astoria close to subway (N/W), ferry to Manhattan and Brooklyn, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, laundromats, pharmacies and parks. Super convenient to all. No children please. Prefer a single person in need of temporary housing this summer. Apartment is fully furnished. Rent is $1,975 inclusive of utilities (ConEd + Spectrum). What do you love about this place? Only five units in the building; neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful. Can walk out the building and be on a commercial street with plenty of local businesses. One mile walk from Astoria Park. Few minutes by foot to major subway line into Manhattan. Plenty of natural sunlight; balcony faces North. What isn't so great about this place? No laundry onsite.
