Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving in with my significant other and looking to fill my current room in a three bedroom apartment. What do you love about this place? The apartment is a duplex and the bedroom is located on the lower level. The room has a small window, which lets in a good amount of light in the morning. The apartment is a short walk from Carl Schwartz Park and a 15 minute walk from Central Park. It is in a residential area, so its very quiet at night, but it is also really close to fun nightlife. The apartment is conventionally located close to the the Q train and the 4,5,6 trains. There is no smoking allowed in the apartment. There are two other people living in the apartment, one girl and one guy (not a couple), who both work 9 to 5 jobs in digital marketing and social media. They prefer quiet weekday nights, but don't mind reasonable noise on the weekends. What isn't so great about this place? The kitchen and bathroom are a little out dated and limited counter space. There is also limited natural lighting throughout the apartment.
