Private room in Playa del Rey, CA

Just recently accepted a job offer in Las Vegas. My roommate is one of my best friends from college and I’ve known him for years. He is a great responsible guy who works as an insurance broker in downtown. New tenant must have proof of income and be a respectful, considerate roommate. The apartment is about 1100 sq ft and has many amenities including gym, tennis, billiards, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Comes with two tandem parking spaces which you will share with roommate. The dog in the picture is mine and will be coming with me to Vegas. The apartment complex is a short 5 mom drive to LAX and only a mile from the beach. Really love this place but had to take this job offer. The place is available 1/1/19. The sublet is until March 17, 2019 but have the option to go month to month after that. We are rent control so the price will stay the same.
