Private room in Allston, MA

I will be moving back to New York in mid May and am looking for someone to sublet my room from June 1-August 31, with rent free earlier move in when I leave mid May. A small dog or cat is allowed! The room is on the 3rd floor of an Allston townhouse with free in house washer and dryer, dishwasher/ full shared kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Other people living in the house are college aged/ young professional women who are all very nice and keep to themselves. No problem with you smoking or drinking
