Private room in West Fens, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? I have decided to move across the country to California! I had planned on staying in Boston for the next year, but somehow everything has lined up and this has become the perfect time for me to move (minus a lease agreement!). What do you love about this place? I love how cozy and east coast-y this apartment is, especially the room I am in, which has a large exposed brick wall, dark wood finishes, and a window-side balcony. This apartment is also in the most perfect location and at a great price! It is less than a 10 minute walk to everything you need - entertainment, restaurants, shops, groceries, Boston University, Children's Hospital, public transportation, etc. What isn't so great about this place? The kitchen can be a bit tight, but it has everything you really need. And with the two amazing roommates here, it isn't an issue sharing the space.
