My current tenants need to end their lease and I'm looking for a responsible single or couple to take over my lease until June 1st, 2020. I'd like to move back into the apartment with the signing of the new lease but not opposed to signing it over depending on where things are at next year. What do you love about this place? The apartment is just 2 blocks from the Halsey L and about a 10-minute walk to the Halsey J line. Industry 1332, Bonus Room, Father Knows Best, Boobie Trap, Pizza Party, Old Stanley's, Aunt Ginny's, Milo's Yard, Abe's Pagoda and many others are within walking distance to and from the apartment. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a private backyard which features a custom-built pergola, fire pit and a grill. The backyard is great for hosting and entertaining guests spring, summer and fall. PETS ARE ALLOWED!!! PHOTOS ARE JUST FOR REFERENCE OF SPACE - as of now there is one couch, entertainment center with TV, coffee table, 2-person dinner table, IKEA island for storage, queen bed and 2 end tables w/ lamps. The current tenants are willing to sell to those interested. Electricity and heat for hot water is included in rent but cable will need to be covered by the new tenant. There is ample street parking and a community garden just half a block away. Irving Square Park is less than a five-minute walk from the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard area. Looking for a December 15th or January 1st move-in date. First and last month's rent asked upfront. What isn't so great about this place? Not a lot - I lived in the apartment for 4 years before subleasing it and I took great care of the place. The floor was just replaced a couple of months ago and the living room and bedroom have a fresh coat of white paint on their walls. The heating units have just been serviced for the winter months so both have new motors and pilot lighters. You have your own backyard, central AC, you're on the first floor, blocks away from two different train lines/bus stops. Everything you could ask for his right within your fingertips.
