Subletting bedroom for 7 months. One very large room available in a one bedroom apartment located near the 2/5 line at the Winthrop stop and off the Q at the Parkside stop. There is another room in the apartment that is occupied by a lady. There is another room in the apartment that is occupied by another woman. 10min walk to Prospect Park Bathroom and kitchen are the only shared spaces in this unit. Please note that there is no living room. I have an AC that I can leave for you. There’s a bed and mattress that can be left for you. 1 bedroom is $900 plus shared utilities--to include Electricity, Gas, Internet. Preferred that you are working full time, working at an internship, etc. Within 1 block: Ideal Basket grocery store, Food Dynasty Grocery store, Dollar Tree, Laundry facilities, pharmacy, delis Two city blocks from Flatbush where you’ll find a ton of stores, cafes and restaurants Available May 15th. You will be signing a sublease. I prefer someone who will stay long term, ideally till the end of the lease in November. ***There is a cat in the apartment. She is usually in the other bedroom but she does roam/rule the hallway occasionally.
