Hey there apartment hunters! I am subletting two queen size rooms in a spacious and sunny three bedroom in Gowanus. -Two bathrooms! -Hardwood floors -Large shared spaces -Balcony -New appliances (including dishwasher!) -Less than a 5 min walk to 9th St and Prospect stations (R/F/G). -Less than 15 min walk to Prospect Park -One block from laundromat -Flexible move-in date between June 1st and July 1st -Minimum 6-month lease -No cats, small dogs on a case-by-case basis (I am an animal lover, the landlord is not) -First/last month's rent and security deposit required. -NOTE: $1,000 per room minus utilities. The rooms are 8.5x13' Please be prepared to provide previous landlord/roommate references, employment history, and estimated credit score. Let's get to know each other!
