The Building/Unit: Barrington Plaza is the apartment complex (You can google that name to see more pics of building amenities).The unit is located on the 22nd floor. Hardwood floor in common areas of home. The common area are furnished with brand new furniture. Your bedroom has a queen bed and dresser already. The views are insane from this unit. You can see everything from downtown, Hollywood sign, Griffith observatory, Getty Museum and even the Pacific Ocean. (ocean view is from your bedroom as well!) Marijuana smoking preferred on balcony. Tobacco smoking required on the balcony. There is a large junior olympic pool for the building that is always heated, easy to jump in. There is a dry cleaner company downstairs as well a gym. Google the location and you will see we are close/central for Los Angeles. I especially picked this place to be relatively still close to the beaches however, so hopefully that is plus for you as well. Myself: 29 year old professional. Business owner. Not uptight in the least bit however. Very 420 friendly. Clean up after myself and hope/confident you will do the same. Very laid-back and open minded. I have dog that will be coming in about eight weeks.
