If you like mingling, the amenity spaces are just steps away which includes an outdoor pool! The unit also has a great spacious kitchen with a ton of storage space! What isn't so great about this place? It is not on a high floor so if you don't like living close to ground level, this unit may not be for you. Amenity access is an extra $50/month per person and if you have pets, it is $50/month per pet.
