Steal away to this beautiful -luxury- studio overlooking Greenpoint, Long Island City and ever-so-slightly the East river. It has everything you could ever want in a dream apartment: -Brand new appliances (ok, ok I used them for 5 months) -Dishwasher -In-unit washer/dryer -Enormous walk-in closet -Spacious bathtub -Pet friendly -Extremely charming and kind of hot? doormen PLUS 2 floors of amenities: -Incredibly classy gym -Basketball court -Kid's playroom -Parking Garage -Coworking space -Sweeping Manhattan views -Front-door ferry dock -3 blocks to subway -A massive Kaws statue -I think there's a ballroom down there? Lovely, quiet neighborhood with a number of high-end restaurants and charming bars within a 5 block walking distance (many of them delivering for the time being). It’s an incredible apartment. The two amenity floors are currently closed due to corona virus. The view will be a gorgeous rooftop patio, but it is still under construction.
