For anyone trying to live in LA over the summer, we are subletting a room in our apartment for discounted rent! The apartment is right down the street from Downtown Los Angeles, and has a metro stop essentially right in front of the building which can get you anywhere in the city. The place comes fully furnished with a pool and hot tub, a gym, a game and computer room, a washer/dryer in the unit, TV and cable, 24/7 security! This building is also right next to the USC row and is really social during the summer, so you’ll be able to meet plenty of other college aged students as well! The space is technically a two person bedroom (size of a two person bedroom, with two beds) so if you had a roommate moving in with you the price of the apartment would be $939 a month, or if you wanted to make the space a single bedroom it would be $1875 a month and I could move one of the beds out for you before you arrive.
