Private room in Central LA, CA

Looking for a 3rd roommate to rent a private bedroom and bath. I am 28 and work in hospitality and events all over LA. My roommate is 29 and works for sound cloud as well as produces music. We are clean and super outgoing, our apartment is very spacious and furnished. Locations couldn’t be better, walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and bars. 3 blocks to Trader Joe’s and Beverly center.
