Hello all! Our roommate is relocating to LA to jumpstart his music career in Beverly Hills! We are sad to see him go, but happy to meet a new roommate who can take over the room and be a cool new addition to the household. The room is one of two bedrooms in a 2bed/2bath located in a high-rise condo building nestled into a leafy California hillside. We are a couple of clean, quiet, introverted professionals working in lighting design and caregiving, respectively (the loudest we ever got was watching Arya on Game of Thrones:) Features included: - Private bath w/bathtub - Walk-in closet - 12 month lease or month-to-month lease - Room comes unfurnished but we can help furnish it if you need - In-unit washer/dryer - Secured entry in a calm neighborhood w/optional parking - A HUGE balcony - All stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave - Killer natural lighting We love basically everything about the building and hope you will too! It has: - 3 nearby buses that go directly downtown (8,9,9R) - 6 minutes to the 101 or 280 highways - Bike lanes outside the lobby doors - Secured parking and package delivery - McLaren Park across the street - Clubhouse with flat screen TV, pool, arcade games, gym, kitchen, Stockwell cabinet, and couches galore - 15 minutes by bus to Whole Foods, Safeway, CVS... - Amazing views from the 4th floor to the 12th Management's rule is the household income must be 3x the total rent. Your income threshold portion of that would be $6250/month or $75,000 yearly. Your room is unfurnished but we can work out furnishings with the old roommate at a discount if you like and furnish the rest of the house together.
