Private room in Los Angeles, CA

Hi! My 2 roomies are moving out of our shared apartment. This place is incredible and I don't wanna lose it! This posting is for the largest bedroom. You'd also have a private bathroom and a space in the two-car garage. We've got a washer and dryer, a big dining room, GIGANTIC living room, big-ass kitchen, and storage everywhere. There's a linen closet and mudroom by the front door. There's also a tiny patio, and a small but cute front yard. The location is sooo good. In Los Feliz; bordering Silver Lake. It's right across from John Marshall High School - has a nice quiet vibe. Trader Joe's is two blocks away. TWO BLOCKS Y'ALL. You can walk to Griffith Park, Atwater, Silver Lake, etc etc etc. You'd be sharing with me and another TBD roomie. The apartment will be semi-furnished. Got plenty of kitchen gear and probably keeping the couch and coffee table, but the former roomies will be taking the dining room table and perhaps some other furniture. Month-to-month lease but please commit to at least 6 months! 1500 deposit to be paid to one of the roommates that's leaving. The room will not be furnished - just showing pics as-is.
