Private room in Jamaica Plain, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? I am going out of town for a 3 month internship and looking for a sublet for my room. What do you love about this place? The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. It is right across the street from Stop & Shop and a five minute walk to the Jackson Square MBTA orange line stop. Also very close to several restaurants and there is a lot happening in the area! Surrounded by families and students. Three people currently living here, one couple and one individual (one is a law student and the other two are young professionals). They are 25 to 28 years old. What isn't so great about this place? Only one bathroom
