Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm a junior in college and planning to study abroad in the spring semester. What do you love about this place? The location of this apartment is great. There are plenty of delis and restaurants close by, and its easy to get anywhere else in the city as well. Only two blocks to the C/E lines, five blocks to the N/R/W lines, and about four blocks to the B/D lines as well. It's also close to Times Square but without all the noise and people, a fifteen minute walk to Central Park, and right next to all the best Broadway musicals. Inside, the shared spaces are nice and open with lots of natural light. There's a beautiful brick wall that runs through the whole apartment. The bedroom itself is on the smaller side, but I lofted the bed (a full) so there is plenty of space to walk about and to store personal belongings (a closet, a clothing rack, a hanging shoe rack and cubby/shelve system under the bed). A private half bathroom is attached to the bedroom, so only the shower needs to be shared in the main bathroom. Also, the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so noise/schedule differences aren't too much of a concern. What isn't so great about this place? It's a 4th floor walk up (so three flights of stairs) and there isn't laundry in the building. However, there is a laundromat less than three blocks away (about a five minute walk max).
