Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving out-of-state and need a renter for the remainder of my lease. What do you love about this place? It has all the amenities needed and MORE. Private room with queen-size bed with closet and private balcony in two-bedroom apartment. The apartment also has two HUGE roof decks, a full gym with spin class room, activity room with pool and ping pong, laundry on-site, and very close to major trains/buses and plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, etc.
