Also, room w/ most sq. ft. on the 3rd floor. Good lighting. Large closet. In-suite kitchen with single-unit washer/dryer. Looking for one person to take over 8-month lease ending 5/27/20. You will be required to submit an application (fee is $300) and undergo financial and criminal background checks. You should plan to allow 2 weeks between you starting the application process and officially taking over the lease. Please note that if and when the replacement member signs, $255 of that reservation fee will be deducted from their second rent invoice.
