Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for a sublettor to complete our beautiful 2-flex-3 apartment in Hell's Kitchen! I'm leaving to work at a non-profit in Hong Kong for 3 months, and need someone to take over my room for that time. You will be living with a couple of my friends from college, we are all clean, friendly and reasonable people! The room will be available starting March 21, and then available through end of June, and potentially longer depending on if we renew the lease. The room will be furnished, though if you plan to bring your own furniture, we could work something out. The building has a 24 hour doorman, a small gym, in-building laundry room, and a private patio. Located on 51st and 10th on the 31st floor of 747 10th Ave, we have great access to the 1, A/C/E, and N/R/W, subway lines. The total square footage of the room is 150sq feet. It has a great view with its own closet. There is a large living room space and a modern kitchen. The monthly rent is $1,350 + $75 for utilities. (see the floorplan).
