Looking for a female in her mid 20s to take over my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in the lower east side. Rent is $1295/month + utilities ($85ish). We're looking for someone who is clean, easygoing, thoughtful, and considerate. Your roommates are 2 busy females - one in advertising, the other in finance, neither of which bring the party home, and consider the house to be more of a sanctuary than that of a party zone. The apartment is a 6 floor walkup (booty burner), near the 2nd avenue F, J/Z trains, and a 12 min walk to the 6. It's located in the heart of LES, so everything is very close by. The room is the loft (via the staircase as shown in the pictures), with a wall and door. The ceiling is low (as per lofts) which is why the rent is so reasonable.
