My roommates are moving out-of-state at the end of June and I'm looking for someone to take over the master bedroom with a move-in date of July 1st. This is located conveniently in Mission Bay, minutes away from highways 101/280, CalTrain, Muni, AT&T Park, Safeway/Whole Foods/Trader Joe's/Market Hall, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The neighborhood is very quiet, with very little foot/car traffic. About the building The building includes a resort-style pool, jacuzzi, tri-level fitness center, access-controlled parking garage, outdoor terrace and grilling area, keyless entry, Luxer One package lockers, entertainment lounge, concierge, bocce ball court, conference room, and more! About the place - 1,031 sq ft - 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms - Wood floors - Washer and dryer in unit - Pre-wired internet (WebPass) - Private balcony - Central heat and A/C (with Nest) - Stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove - 65" Samsung 4K SUHD TV + Apple TV - Mid-century modern furniture About the room - Master bedroom - Private ensuite bathroom - Walk-in closet with configurable shelving - Unfurnished About me I'm an engineering manager at a FinTech startup in the FiDi. I'm clean, keep to myself, considerate, and respectful. On occasion I'll have friends come over for dinner, Game of Thrones viewings, etc., but by no means a partier or do I bring the party back. I cook 2-3 times on the weekdays and generally eat out on the weekends. About you Ideally, you're also a working professional or a postgraduate student, clean, considerate, financially responsible, organized, respectful, easy-going, not a party animal, and overall good person. Couples are OK.
