Why are you looking for a renter? I'm looking to move in with my gf and need to get out of my lease agreement early. What do you love about this place? Great quiet place really close to the PATH. Landlord is very responsive and reasonable. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly nothing to dislike here. One other guy lives there. He is relatively clean. The washer / dryer is a space saver and can be bigger.
