Private room in Manhattan, NY

There is no broker fees and I'm not a broker. I lived here for 5 years and it is sad to let go but there was an unfortunate family event and it required me to move out. The apartment is on the 31st floor with GREAT views of the city. no street noise. The rent is $1,672 and Security is $1,672. ($3,344 due once approved through the leasing office) Application/credit check will be required with the Landlord. The leasing office is looking for someone around 650-700ish Credit score and making about 50/60K yearly. There is always room for exceptions so if you like the place you can talk with the landlord to see if you can make arrangements. I can show the apartment asap and move in can be as soon as you'd like. I have already moved out so once your approved by the landlord you can move in. Your room is a VERY large room with two closets and your own private bathroom. I had a queen bed, desk, love seat, coffee table, and a wide 6 drawer dresser with a 50 inch tv. it all fit in quite comfortably. The other roommates travel Monday-Thursday for work so they are rarely home. The building has a super market, dry cleaning, day spa, 24 hour doorman and multiple security guards, indoor pool, gym, and a new community center.
