**There's no kids or pets in the apartment. Two Rooms: Large room w/ private bathroom & balcony- $1200 all included Medium size room w/ share bathroom- $950 all included Two rooms for rent in a three bedroom apartment of a relatively new building ( 2yrs old). Near public transportation ( 69st of 7 train ) and all amenities. You'll have access to the kitchen, living room and will share the bathroom with one other person, or you may choose the room with the private bathroom and private balcony. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The living room also has a balcony that will be shared. Move in date is November 1st, but can move in a few days earlier if necessary. I'm looking to rent preferably to FEMALES. What I look to find in a roommate is cleanliness, and it's very important that you pay on time. I live in the apartment with my boyfriend. We are friendly and chill in the sense that we won't bother you much unless it is truly needed. Also we are in our mid 20s. I'm from Argentina and he's from Mexico. To move in you'll need two months' rent, one is your deposit.
