The kitchen has all new appliances with marble counter. The bedroom up for sublease has its own floor upstairs, kind of like a private little tower. The landing space can be used for additional storage too. Bathrooms have marble countertops and new bathtub/shower combo. Located on Tennesee between 22nd and 23rd street. Less than 5 minute walk to Serpentine, Neighbor Bakehouse, Piccino, and Esprit Park. The Muni is right in front of the building, Windsor Dogpatch. Windsor Dogpatch has great accommodations. Two rooftops and a community center. She is a badass engineer who also is starting her own skincare line. I would like to find her a roommate that is respectful and clean. She is also an amazing cook.
