Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving in with my partner What do you love about this place? I’m seeking a female/GNB identifying roommate for my unfurnished 2 bed in Washington heights. Apt is 5 minutes to 1 train at 157 and 8-10 to the A/C at 163 & 168. The bedroom is king size with room for furniture, has a closet and two windows that face the street. The apt is very spacious with a large living room, a separate galley kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. The building has an elevator and is a 4 min walk to a new laundromat that offers drop off service. My roommate is a fantastic young professional/grad student who is both clean and quiet. Unfurnished bedroom, but remainder of apartment is furnished. LGBTQ friendly and cats are welcome. What isn't so great about this place? This place is extremely spacious and honestly my roommate is the best! Plus our super is a nice guy and lives in the building.
