Private room in Crown Heights, NY

Hello! I'm searching for someone to take over the rest of my room's lease (ends April 30th, 2021), as I'm moving in with my partner next month. I've lived in the apartment for almost four and a half years, it's a real gem. The room is just shy of 12'x14', excluding closet. It has two large south facing windows with direct sun hit for a majority of the day. Daylight exposure is an understatement. It's a 4th floor apartment, so you're above the other building outside the windows. A full bed easily fits in multiple spots of the room, and a queen would probably fit as well. I've got a credenza, bed, desk, and dresser in here with extra room for bikes and some storage. The apartment is a 3 bed in total, with my two current roommates staying on the lease. One's an architect, the other a teacher. They're wonderful roommates. Super nice, clean, and a pleasure to be around. There's a common area living room, with a connected decent sized kitchen. The building is located at Eastern Parkway and Nostrand, steps from the Nostrand 3 stop. It's a quiet building with 16 units, an attentive landlord, and has unofficial access to the unfinished roof for a good breath of fresh air. Crown Heights is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and drink. Sad I'll be leaving this corner, but luckily not moving too far. Move in date possibly flexible to 15th, with tenant paying half month's rent. Utilities this summer have run roughly 80/person. ( WFH air conditioners on humid days added some dollars.)
