Building is directly above the F, M, and J subway lines providing easy transportation throughout Manhattan. Amenities include: “Skyline” rooftop deck with 360 views of Manhattan and Brooklyn, brand new gym equipped with Peloton bikes and state of the art workout equipment, coworking workspace with private conference room access, 6th floor rooftop deck (with barbecues, cornhole, hammocks, an urban farm, etc.), game room (with pool table, pinball, bar, 70 inch TV, etc.) Regal Cinema in the building, Essex Market in the building. Doorman building. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all fully furnished. Unit is on 17th floor and provides unobstructed views of Manhattan. I bought all of the room furnishings within the past 6 months and am happy to leave furnished as well. Rent is $2,537 but I am willing to subsidize to bring rent down to $2,300 if we find a great roommate. The rent for the entire unit is $8200.
