Private room in Cow Hollow, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I accepted a job in Los Angeles and will be starting the first week of February. I need a sublet to take over the remainder of my lease until mid-July! What do you love about this place? I have a private bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath that I am looking to have sublet until mid-July. I will be moving out the last week of January and you can move in anytime after that. The apartment is in Cow Hollow on Greenwich St. between Scott and Pierce. Great location for food, shopping, and going out around the Cow Hollow/Marina areas on Chestnut/Union. The kitchen has modern all modern appliances (fridge, stovetop/oven, dishwasher) as well as in unit washer and dryer. The other room is currently occupied by my friend from college who is a 23 y/o male working in finance in San Francisco. He is super clean, out going, loves the Bay Area. Let me know if you are interested and I can send you photos/more details about the place! What isn't so great about this place? The sink lacks a garbage disposal, so you have to be careful about what goes down the drain.
