Private room in Manhattan, NY

Our roommates are moving out so looking for someone to take their place. Preferably females. Room is very nice and sunny. Good space for one or two people. Location is great. Roosevelt Island is surrounded by water and is very green. You can take an F train (1 stop to Midtown Manhattan), tram (4 min to Midtown Manhattan), ferry brings in any direction in less than 30 min (Manhattan, Brooklyn, LIC). Kitchen and bathroom has everything you need (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink, storage space). Also looking for someone who loves pets. We have a cat and a puppy. They clean and potty trained cute and lovely.
