Private room in Clinton Hill, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My SO and I are moving in together, and I need someone to pick up my lease, which runs through February 28, 2020. What do you love about this place? This room has an incredible view straight down Quincy Street! Great Gym and very clean Laundry Room in the building. Great location in Clinton Hill - 5 minute walk to the Clinton/Washington Aves C stop AND the Classon Ave G stop. 10 minute walk to Ft. Green Park. 10 minute walk to Bedford Ave with all the bars and nightlife, but also tons of great bars and restaurants right around every corner. The building is very well insulated and quiet. Central Heat/AC, and great open kitchen space that makes the living room seem huge for this quality of apartment. HUGE pantry (seriously, you won't believe it - walk-in pantry). Great roommates who are very friendly (but will leave you alone if you've had a long day ;) ). What isn't so great about this place? The bedroom has a fairly small closet, but it's big enough that you can fit a wardrobe or a dresser.
