Private room in Manhattan, NY

I am looking to move out of my apartment before the lease is up and subletting my bedroom until the end of April. This is a very large 2 bedroom/1 bath Nolita apartment with a massive living room, good sized kitchen and more than enough closet space. Currently, the room available has a full-sized mattress and bed frame and a large dresser but the room can definitely accommodate a full. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment so it’s quiet and has two large windows so it gets plenty of light. It has two great sized closets in the room and there is one large closet in the hallway that the subleter will also get. I can keep my furniture in there if needed. The living room is massive with three huge windows and comes furnished. It gets incredible light during the day. The kitchen is a great size, not completely updated but very functional. The shared bathroom is large and clean. You would be sharing an apartment with one other woman who has her own room. She is 33 and employed. About you: Female Clean and healthy lifestyle Employed and proof that you are able to pay the full rent on time, each month. No pets. Option to keep the mattress/frame and dresser for free or I can move it out.
