We live in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, beautiful, bright living room, The bedroom comes furnished with a full size bed, TV, AC, dresser, bookshelf and build in closet. If you have your own furniture we can still accommodate you. The rent is $800 a month plus utility bills that will be shared between the three of us. Usually anywhere from $80 to $100 extra for cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, gas, electricity and heat. To move in you will need 1 month rent + 1 month security deposit as well as proof of employment. The place is perfect for a clean, financially stable, full time working young professional, or grad student who needs a conveniently located, comfortable & affordable place to stay in NYC. We understand that living in NYC can bring lots of changes and therefore we a offer a month-to-month lease so that you can move out anytime your life's situation changes (1 month notice required) and are not stuck with a one year commitment lease. The apartment is conveniently located 2min away from the 2/5 train and 5min away from the 6 train (25min to get to midtown). The neighborhood offers lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bodegas, fruit and vegetable markets, pharmacies, clothing stores, laundromat 2min away, 2 gyms around the corner, churches and libraries and everything in walking distance.
