Why are you looking for a renter? I moved to New York for work mid-lease, so hoping someone in need of a great place in LA can take over the rest of the lease for me or sublease! What do you love about this place? You won't find a better deal in Culver City. Open from 1/27 2020 onwards!. The room is spacious and has a big window + a closet. There are two bathrooms in the house -- one in the master and another spacious one that you would share with two roommates. Parking + washer / dryer in unit are included. The house has a big kitchen and living room, lots of lovely plants, a big TV, backyard with a fire pit, front yard, 4 parking spaces (one for each tenant, including you) and is walking distance to Platform (food + shopping), downtown Culver City, bus stops, the 10 freeway, and the Culver City Metro Station. The house also has additional storage space, numerous kitchen appliances, and a dishwasher. The other three roommates all work and are gone during the day on weekdays. They're clean, easygoing, respectful, quiet, and like to enjoy the common areas during the evenings and weekends. What isn't so great about this place? You share a bathroom -- besides that, it's pretty sweet!
