Private room in Manhattan, NY

Our roommate has moved out to the West Coast, so his bedroom and bathroom in a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath East Village apartment are open for sublet. We are two finance professionals working in Manhattan. You will be renting a large bedroom and a shared (with one other roommate) full bathroom. We have a large apartment with a separate kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room, and spacious living room. Washer / dryer in building. Our building also has a large patio and garden on the ground floor and we have a BBQ grill available to use--great during the warmer months! We are looking for someone to sublet the room from 3/1 - 5/31; we would prefer someone who could stay the entire time, but we can be flexible. There is potential to extend the lease, if desired. We are in East Village. Tons of bars / restaurants a short walk away, but our apartment is on a quiet street. An amazing bodega / deli (Sunny & Annie's) is right downstairs. $1650 / month
