Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for renter because I would like to move closer to school. I was able to find an affordable place and do not want to miss out on an opportunity to live within walking distance. What do you love about this place? This place has a ton of character and is in a great location. The apartment itself is huge and a great price (hard to find in NYC). You would be renting a private room in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. The room you would be renting can easily fit a queen bed, desk, dresser, and still allows for ample space. The room also has a massive closet. The common area comes furnished and has plenty of space to hangout and relax in. There is a grocery store, laundromat, and restaurants right around the corner. This unit is also located between multiple subway lines. You would be living with 2 law students and a dog.
